saw this today, exactly what i expected (that’s not a bad thing)
brilliant acting by all. i like bradley cooper so much better in this sort of role than anything else ive seen him in.
but yes. see it! uplifting, funny, honest movie.

saw this today.
recommend EVERYONE sees it!
beautiful, funny, heartfelt film. loved it.
i haven’t seen many Australian films, a few which were HORRIBLE so i assumed they all were (our tv shows are horrible too) going to try and educate myself, watch some more aussie films but yes
this was fantastic, especially chris o’dowd (when is he not?) and deborah mailman
does anyone know if that was deborah mailman’s real voice? in the show towards the end where she sings lead. im curious. i have no idea about her singing capabilities but i thought in that song it sounded a bit less like her.
anyway. see it :) going to say 5/5

Because he’s the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So, we’ll hunt him, because he can take it. Because he’s not our hero. He’s a silent guardian. A watchful protector. A Dark Knight.

I’ve seen 40 new movies at the cinema, thus far in 2012. At this point last year, I was up to 47. I must be slipping, in my old age.
(Though to be fair, I had a total of 81 last year. So, I’m just about exactly on pace to repeat that. Whoo for both joyous pastimes and meaningless goals, alike!)
ooh. now youre making me count
ah! i looked up 2012 release dates and i could only count 27 :( i think i might have missed a few but not many. i have some catching up to do
things i regret not seeing (yet): descendants, arriety, j. edgar, the artist, battleship, dark shadows (i know, why am i still pining for burton after so many disappointments).
i am inferiorrrrrrrr
Who’d have known your stomach could double as a camera?
Two UK students, Josh Lake and Luke Evans, ate 35mm film and were able to process photos after the film, erm, came out!

ive gotta say… not the logical sequel
at least they eradicated that nasty red head plague that was going around
but seriously…
i dont get ghost movies. i guess im just too nice… but if my kid died and i killed myself i cant imagine making other kids kill themselves… after what you’d been through why would you spread it around?
but crazy i do get… at the end when youre like did they die? did they live? is she happy now her son got a proper burial i was like NAH shes a crazy bitch she wont be happy now. she just likes killing
anyway was pretty creepy, then again everything was before electricity was invented
happy none of the doggies died :)
4/5 and it actually didnt take that long for me to stop thinking of him as harry.
